Asking out of curiosity from something I read on another board from a parent of a child with brain cancer who receives "radiotherapy" and seems to be under the impression that the damage to the brain from the radiation is permanent and progressive. Is it really? And are there resources she can access for more information?

There are children on the program at The Family Hope Center that are recovering nicely from the effects of radiation and/or chemotherapy. There was a mother in France who was severely brain injured from chemotherapy and she got well again. I would HIGHLY recommend they contact The Family Hope Center, as FHC as a physician that will be very helpful in their recovery.

There are zero (less than zero?) financial resources for this parent to take advantage of a transatlantic trip, sadly - but may I give her your email?

Where do they live? If they are in Europe, hyperbaric oxygen is widely available there and they may be able to avail themselves. It's one of the first things I would do if I were in that situation.

Yes, you may certainly give out my email, Deb.

England, I believe, though I don't know all the details. Thanks, Donna!

I actually know someone in England via Internet that I believe may be able to put her in touch with hyperbaric clinics. Of course, England is a whole country, but the medical availability should be the same throughout.

Tell her to email me and I'll do my best to help.
