Dear Donna,

I just received again the cod liver and fish oil for Sebastian and read again on internet on the quantity to give to a 5 year old child. In various articles I came across that in fact cod liver oil is not neded in countries where the sun shines all the time (like here in Manila). Do you know if it can have negative effects to continue giving cod liver oil? We will definetely continue with the fish oil. We give half a teaspoon a day.
